Elderberry syrup is a rich source of antioxidants and is often used to support the immune system. Elderberry is often touted for use against viral infections such as the common cold or the flu. Can also aid in fighting bacterial infections, helps clear sinuses, and has many anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties. Contains many nutrients, such as fiber, vitamin C, iron, and potassium.

I recommend 1 tablespoon daily for adults, and 1 teaspoon daily for children over one to help boost the immune system year round.

If you are feeling sick or have the flu, increase dosage to 1 tablespoon every 3-4 hours up to 6 times per day (for children over one use 1 teaspoon).

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.

Mullein:

This tincture is a must have for every family member to use at the first sign of a cough or cold. The mullein has been sourced directly from our property.

Mullein has been used for centuries for medicinal purposes including cough, whooping cough, tuberculosis, pneumonia, earaches, flue, fever, allergies, tonsillitis, sore throat, asthma, joint pain, and many more. It is known to be a great "universal" ailment tincture.

2oz vegetable glycerin + alcohol tincture

Use at onset of symptoms:

Add one (1) squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 3 times daily.

Kids use 1/2 dropper, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
