Pure Grace Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Personalized products, handmade soaps, perfumes, body care products, and personal care items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Pure Grace Creations.
